Panarus Kopan I Soter, born as Panarus Kopan was the former Odestra Knight and military leader who defeated the Sith during the Tri decim humilitus and went on to usher in the age of the Fourth Imperium. His rule was largely characterized by the reconstruction of Odestrian society and the reparation of relations with the Galactic Republic. During his rule, he was styled as Emperor and Protector of Odestria and her Imperium, Panarus Blezzus Genzzus Kopan I Soter.
Panarus originally rose to prominence as one of the most promising members of the Order of the Odestra Knights, the force-sensitive order of the Odestrian Imperium. He eventually rose to the rank of Supreme Commander, leading the Odestra Knights as the head of the Silver Council. Eventually, when Kiley Genzzus I was unable to bear an heir to the throne, he selected Panarus as his legitimate successor. This was until Darth Dajivan sabotaged the proceedings, burning down the Citadel and leading to the Tri decim humilitus. Upon defeating the Sith in the years that followed, Kopan ushered in the New Imperium which served to continue for over 4 millennia. He was credited with creating a stable, centralized government in the Unknown Regions, while also being criticized for solidifying the system of autocracy within Odestrian Space.
