The Palpatine dynasty was the ruling, considered Royal, family of the first Galactic Empire of the Galaxy established in 19 BBY established by patriarch of the bloodline, Sheev Palpatine, Emperor of the Galaxy and secret Dark Lord of the Sith, under the moniker but his true name Darth Sidious, after manipulation of galactic events through politics and the, in secret to almost all in the galaxy, dark side of the Force.
The ancient noble family from Naboo became a dynasty through the most prominent member of the bloodline, Sheev Palpatine, who rose to power through galactic politics. During the Republic Era, Palpatine represented the people of Naboo as a senator in the Galactic Senate prior to his election as Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic in 32 BBY. Unbeknownst to the public, Palpatine was malicious is his secret identity of Sidious, the Dark Lord of the Sith. The heir to Darth Bane's legacy, Sidious endeavored to finish the work of generations of Sith Lords by destroying their adversary, the Jedi Order, and restoring the Sith to power. He was the mastermind behind the Invasion of Naboo, the Separatist Crisis, and the Clone Wars—conflicts designed to facilitate Sidious' rise to power. In 19 BBY, Sidious systematically exterminated the Jedi for treason before claiming the title of Galactic Emperor, transforming the Republic into the Galactic Empire. From then on, Sidious ceased to live a double life; the name of Palpatine was largely forgotten during the Imperial Era, and the galaxy came to know him simply as "the Emperor."
Obsessed with eternal life, Sidious and his followers experimented with the science of cloning and the dark side of the Force, to engineer a new body for his spirit in the event of his death. The lone surviving byproduct was a cloned strandcast, designed from Sidious' genetic material and healthy, backed lacked a sensitive connection to the Force. The genetic "son" of the Emperor was deemed a failure in the eyes of his "father," dismissed and rejected as an heir worthy of his legacy, but was permitted to live to continue on and preserve their family bloodline through natural procreation. Soon, Sidious neglect of his cloned progeny culminated in the boy escaping from Exegol after fifteen years of an abusive life at the hands of his creators into the wider galaxy and faded into obscurity.
Within a generation of his ascension, Sidious reign ended with his first death at the Battle of Endor in 4 ABY. Following his contingency, he revived himself within a clone body of himself on Exegol and set in motion the fall of his Galactic Empire for its failure and the rise of a new Sith empire with a fleet and army from Exegol that's completion would take decades to fulfill. Meanwhile, Dathan, as the clone "son" of the Emperor now called himself, married and had a daughter, Rey, in 15 ABY with his wife Miramir. Sidious ordered the capture of his grandchild, for she inherited his connection to the Force with her genetic connection to his bloodline, unlike her failed clone father, but failed to acquire her. In 21 ABY, he put his son and daughter in law to death by proxy through Ochi of Bestoon after they hid their daughter away.
Sidious continued his quest to regain power over the Galaxy by directing his servant, the genetic strandcast Snoke, Supreme Leader of the First Order and his master's proxy in that place of power, to destroy the New Republic and corrupting Ben Solo, grandson of Darth Vader, to the dark side of the Force.
History[]
Origins[]
Since the dawn of Naboo, as far back as the world joining the Galactic Republic in 867 BBY, the House of Palpatine have been apart of the Naboo people and citizens. The rise and fall of Darth Sidious[]
The "humble and kind senator"[]
The most prominent member and last of the family line to be born, in 82 BBY, during the final century of the Galactic Republic, the human male Sheev Palpatine of the nobility would become Darth Sidious, Dark Lord of the Sith, christened and trained by the muun male Sith Lord Darth Plagueis "The Wise". In 65 BBY, under the guidance of his new Sith master, Sidious murdered his parents and siblings and cemented himself as the sole remaining Palpatine family member.
As a boy, Palpatine lived in the capital city of Naboo, Theed, where he formed connections with a reputable host of credible politicians produced over the centuries. As a result, he gained a great amount of knowledge on governance and the subtleties of power. He slowly but surely rose in political power, having been skilled in manipulation since his boyhood. With such a skill set, he embarked on a long and hard political career, maintaining his two identities, Sheev Palpatine, servant of the public and striver to preserve the greater good, which masked his sinister Sith persona of Sidious who sought to achieve the Grand Plan of the Sith set forth by Darth Bane a millennium before; to destroy thr Jedi Order and supplant the Galactic Republic with an empire of the Sith and restore the dark side of the Forces influence and power in the galaxy

Unnatural experiments[]
During the early reign of his Galactic Empire, Emperor Palpatine began to utilize arcane Sith sorcery and various advanced sciences to experiment with his sources of his DNA and the midichlorians, inspired by his late master. The implementation of this process resulted in a couple of specimens, who came to be "sons" of the Emperor; Trioculus (18 BBY) and Triclops (15 BBY). Trioculus was the result of secret scientific experiments that were conducted at the behest of Palpatine.
Under the watchful eye of Sly Moore, Palpatine's advisor, the scientists Mammon Hoole and Borborygmus Gog experimented into the spontaneous generation of life by utilizing Niobi, a woman from Bordal, as their "test subject." The result was a force-sensitive three eyed mutant, Trioculus. Per his force-sensitivity, Trioculus's third eye possessed hypnotic powers, allowing him to force the truth out of other beings. But soon, Sarcev Quest spirited away the child and his mother, with the Emperor leaving care of the boy to his Sith cult; the Prophets of the Dark Side. The next mutant, Triclops, was another genetic "son" of Palpatine. According to rumors, the three-eyed mutant known as Triclops was born to Sly Moore, an Umbaran female who had been a close adviser of the Supreme Chancellor and then Galactic Emperor Palpatine. Moore, who had taken great interest in the genetic experiments of the late Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Plagueis, had come into the possession of Force-sensitive DNA from an undisclosed source. If rumors could be relied on, she died in her native Ghost Nebula while giving birth to Triclops, and the child was immediately spirited away by her former confederate, Sarcev Quest. However, these alleged sons would be kept a large secret to the public and even the highest echelons of power in the Empire. Palpatine entrusted care and education of Triclops as well to the Prophets, and ordered him to be trained as an Emperor's Eye.
