Orion IV was the fourth planet of the Orion system in the Outer Rim Territories.

History

Orion IV was settled by Human colonists at an unknown point in time, presumed to be roughly 7,000 BBY. The planet had extensive mineral and oil deposits, leading the colonists to prosperity by trading the natural resources with other worlds. It remained out of the Galactic Republic, and was later invaded by the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars.
