Mis tqi sotizi ri Tsis iw zûtawoti kraujas [We shall cleanse the Sith of the Impure Blood]
—Line from the Raita iw ri Soti [Code of the Pure]

Kirjis iw Soti Kraujas, or commonly know as Order of Pure Blood in the High Sith language. was a cult of dark-side force-sensitive Sith Purebloods in the Old Republic Era; who were disillusioned with the Sith Empire due to the rules of allowing aliens into the scarred tombs of Korriban. In the cultists' minds, being a Sith was a privilege for those of worthy heritage, not alien filth. Under the rule of Zhâtkûs Kreesh, the Order massacred countless alien acolytes and slaves on their way to Korriban.

Organization and Philosophy

Similar to that of the Sith Empire, The Order of Pure Blood had its own hierarchy. All of the titles are in High Sith or Sith dialect, to preserve the ancient culture of the Sith.

Below is a table of the Titles in the Order, as well as their Duties
Title Duty
Kar iwos/rinas [Emperor/Empress] At the head of the order was the Kar iwos [Emperor] or Kar rinas [Empress]. The emperor/empress would have final say in matters but would have a council of advisors called Jen' Komunal [Dark Council]. The tile of Emperor/Empress was passed down to the heir, which would be current Emperor/Empress's eldest child of Sith Pureblood descent. If the Emperor/Empress had no children, they would pick a worthy successor from the Dark Council, though usually it was the High-Wrath.
Geras Kissai [High Priest] A High Priest is a Darth who is a librarian and record keeper of Sith Pureblood Knowledge. They also advice the Emperor/Empress on potential places of Dark-side influence, as well as guard the artifacts with their disciples, known as Sergeti iv Azinimas [Guardians of Knowledge], who guard the high priest with their lives.

Kanasaza [High Wrath]

A high wrath is a special title given to a Darth who is second-in-command to the Emperor/Empress, advising them on tactics of war, and attrition. They have followers known as Jevlas [Specters]. They are trained warriors and assassins, dealing heavy blows to the enemies of the Order.
Urvaz [Darth] There was a total of three to seven Dark Council members, each in charge of their own sect, which had at least an overseer, a priest and a wraith. The council members were called Urvaz [Darth].
Ari [Lord] Serving under the Darths were Lords. They could specialize as an Overseer if needed.
Ziur vilio [Overseer] A variation of Lord, an overseer manages the initiation ceremony as well as cull impure/alien acolytes from the training academy on Korriban.
Xaari [Apprentice] After showing dedication to the cult's vision, an Acolyte could be elevated to the rank of Apprentice, shadowing a lord.
Agónes [Acolyte] After being initiated into the cult, the sith is now given the title of Acolyte.

Raita iw ri Soti [Code of Pure]

The order's philosophy and teachings were all transcribed into a special holocron that was called Raita iw ri Soti. To ensure only pure sith could access their knowledge, it could only be open by a Dark-Side Force with a strong lineage. The code itself had many different sections relation to the conduct in which the order operated.

Hatakûriyita iw Aritsiyisi [Rites of Initiation]

Created after the removal of Vitua Tâlum by Darth Ikoral, the Rite of Initiation were to test the initiate to see if they were worthy enough to join the ranks.

To be inducted into the Order, an initiate would complete a series of trials, called Hatakûriyita iw Aritsiyisi [Rites of Initiation]. The first rite was Hatakûriyita iw Kraujas [Rite of Blood], where the initiate would be deemed worthy if their heritage was up to the cult's standards. The second rite was Hatakûriyita iw Kakijiza [Rite of Relics], where the initiate would find an artifact or relic of ancient Sth in origin, such as a sith holocron, or talisman. The third and final rite was the Hatakûriyita sas Misini [Rite by Combat], where the initiate would go to Korriban and replace an impure/alien overseer with one from the cult. After the rites were successfully completed the initiate would be an acolyte.

Noana iw Zitsû [Duel of Succession]

This rule stated that if the Emperor/Empress leading the order away from its original mission, the emperor/empress can be removed by having a challenger face the current emperor/empress in a battle to the death. If the challenger wins, they become the new Emperor/Empress, executing the previous Emperor/Empress. If the Emperor/Empress wins, they can execute the challenger.

Sotizi Uzsiyin Zûtawotia [Cleanse Alien Filth]

This rule stated that members of the cult cannot have alien slaves or take alien apprentices, as that would elevate alien status. Instead, it is preferred that the members take Sith Pureblood or human apprentices, and have them weed out as much competition as possible on Korriban.

Originally a high ranking order bestowed upon Sith Pureblood by the Emperor himself, but it is actually founded by Darth Asogar, he is known as original founder after death of his he succeded by his apprentice Darth Ikoral. The Code was added to ensure the purity of the Sith would last for generations. One of the founder, Darth Ikoral, set out into space in the year 3712 BBY to find more sith Purebloods to add to the Orders rank. After his departure, Vitua Tâlum became Empress, and Azerua Zâyoi became the High Priestess.

Old Republic Era

Post-Treaty of Coruscant

In the years after the Treaty of Coruscant, the Sith Empire had to increase its numbers, accepting aliens and even slaves into their ranks. Shortly after this announcement, the Order opposed the verdict and ensured the purity of the Sith would be restored.

Darth Ikoral returned in his flagship, The Red Reaper in the year 3642 BBY. However in his absence the cult's numbers had shrank and Empress Vitua Tâlum had lead the cult to accept lesser Sith Purebloods (such as those with human descendants/parentage). Enraged, Darth Ikoral initiated a Duel of Succession and won, killing Vitua Tâlum and taking the mantel of Emperor.

Ikoral Era

The Ikoral Era is often referred to as  Ri Uti Amzius iw Soti kraujas due to his triumphant return with many numbers of Sith Purebloods.

With Ikoral as now Emperor, he cast out those in the Order whose lineage was not pure enough by his standards. He then added the Rites of Initiation to test Purebloods of their worth. He used the cult to set up a headquarters on Ziost, as well as smaller bases of operations on Krayiss Two, Korriban, and Rhleg.

Zhâtkûs Kreesh, a descendant of Ludo Kreesh, was admitted into the cult when he was young and was one of the youngest members to reach the rank of Urvaz, even though he died shortly after reaching this title. However he was resurrected later by his daugther, Jaeara and took the rank of Emperor, leading the cult to be more aggressive with its tactics, as well as moving the headquarters from Ziost to Rhleg. One of his defining moments as Emperor was his attack on a lesser Sith Academy. He only spared the pure and worthy, and began a genocide of anyone who the order deemed unworthy. His reign ended when he betrayed Jaeara, and she fought him in a Duel of Succession and won, earning the title of Empress for herself.

Ambushing him at the Order's headquarters, Jaeara and Kraihâs combined forces overtook the Order's and Jaeara challenged Zhâtkûs to a Duel of Succession and won, becoming the next empress. She also executed those who still followed her father's vision, leading the cult into a new era. She was the reigning empress for quite some time till her death in the Battle of Odessen, at the hands of Cukorr, a Jedi Knight extremist.
