Onu Korre was a Human male of the wandering Rontriu bar priesthood. During an experimental ritual on Lessuris the priests went mad and slaughtered each other and their followers until only Korre remained alive. He eventually joined the Alliance to Restore the Republic.
Biography[]
In 23 BBY his mother and father stopped on Veight Station and Onu was born and then dedicated to the Rontriu bar priesthood. He journeyed from world to world with the his fellow priests, giving encouragement to their followers and dodging the attention of the Galactic Empire. However, upper priest Kklek Ibbam Manir came under the influence of an entity known as the gigoger ignorig gogoregi, which was actually a disguised Imperial clone agent, GGG-3701. Encouraged by GGG-3701, the priests and and about 300 of their followers entered a cave on Lessuris and began a ritual that involved the toxin Red 2.06. Driven insane by the chemicals the priests and the people began murdering each other until only Korre survived. Exhausted, he collapsed on the corpse of GGG-3701. Hours later, he came to his senses and recognizing that gigoger ignorig gogoregi was dead, he dared search the entity's satchel. He uncovered the deception when he found a datacard identifying GGG-3701.
It took him a year to find someone willing to take him as far as Kinun Depot. Once there, he was met by J'aye Becth, an associate of Soflas Pulviir. He was recruited to Rebel Group MT50 along with a wealthy Klorrean from Toomberry named Cromth Eshkorite and a few other beings. Korre was given training and was declared combat-ready in time to participate in the Little Pok'bortboir Uprising of 0 ABY. He was killed but Pulviir noted that the rookie had killed at least eight Imperials, for his part.
