Nocdomus was the fifth Planet in the Noctorem System and was the last of the five inhabitable planets.

Cnturies prior to the Clone Wars, the Noctorem Corporation subsidiary Nocdoman Industries was formed on Nocdomus for the purpose of mining the planet's extensive mineral and gas resources, particularly Ebon Steel and Ebon Stone used extensively by the Ebon Warriors of the Ethereal Empire.
