Dr. Noah was a Human male scientist and inventor who worked for the criminal organization SMERSH.
Biography[]
Life as a young scientist[]
As a young scientist, Noah was allowed to build a laboratory on Cato Neimoidia. Although Cato Neimoidia was populated only by wealthy Neimoidians, they allowed him to construct his facility among their bridge cities because his work drew in a lot of money for the colony. The native Neimoidians liked the fact that Noah was contributing to the wealth of the Neimoidian worlds, but they kept a close eye on the doctor. Noah always seemed a bit shady but never fouled up at all. And all his works-in-progress were kept under lock and key deep within his laboratories.
Dr. Noah was also known as a top scientist on Alderaan. He conducted his experiments in a facility in the heart of Crevasse City. Most of the time, he kept himself holed up in his laboratories constantly working. No one really knew much about his personal life, and he didn't appear to have much of a social life either. Noah was always flying off to other planets doing more research and experiments off-planet.
And many of those trips off-planet were to Corellia. Noah had only a small laboratory at the CorSec Academy on Corellia. He was hired on as a scientist to further develop the technology of the weapons used by the Corellian Security Force. Noah came highly recommended by the "higher-ups" on Alderaan. He seemed friendly but not very social. Noah was like a hermit, locking himself in his lab while conducting research and experiments.
Noah would eventually catch the eye of SMERSH, who quickly hired him on full-time without hesitation. After that, he had numerous laboratories scattered throughout the galaxy.

Regarded as a brilliant mind among the SMERSH organization, Noah was tasked with creating cybernetics for the injured Pots Putnyocus in 42 BBY. In doing so, he came up with the idea of constructing the carbon-eye, which could act as a weapon and a defensive mechanism as well as a regular eye.
After Pots had returned from a battle, Dr. Noah had to repair the eye because it had shorted out. After the repairs were completed, Pots went back into battle, this time aboard his own underwater fortress Octopus on Manaan.
When MI5 set off the security alarms in the fortress, Pots' army fled. Pots wanted to stay and fight, but Dr. Noah knew that was a bad idea. So Noah escaped as well only to return to his superiors in SMERSH.
In the weeks that followed, he cut his ties with SMERSH and went out on his own. The research he had been doing and all the projects he was working on were in preparation to build his own little empire. He had constructed a space station, which he deemed Noah's Ark, and genetically mutated a small army of monstrous creatures. He had planned on eradicating MI5 as well as SMERSH, then he would be rid of them both. But when MI5 finally caught up with him, the meeting didn't go quite as planned.
Noah was tricked into thinking one of the disguised agents was actually a representative of XANA who wanted to do business with him. As it turned out, it was an ambush and Noah found himself surrounded by MI5 agents. The fight had just broken out when someone stunned him and knocked him unconscious. He then awoke to find himself in MI5 custody and his Ark in the possession of the Galactic Republic.
Escape and recapture[]
Having spent the next eight years in the Republic Judiciary Central Detention Center on Coruscant, he befriended Urma Boont, Klay, Clowe, and Perkins, who were all wronged by MI5 at some point. Together, the five of them formulated an escape plan and managed to pull it off in 34 BBY.
With the team of five criminals together, they traveled around the galaxy gathering weapons and resources preparing to get revenge against MI5. They also collected a number of mutant creatures Noah had hidden away in his labs to form his "mutant army". But a group of MI5 operatives caught up with them on Khubeaie. Noah attempted to fight MI5 agent Jace Bont but ultimately lost. He was arrested and sent back to prison.

Dr. Noah was created by Dubya Scott and based on the James Bond villain Dr. No of the Bond film of the same name.
