The Force shall be free, now. No longer constrained by ideology, by light and dark. Let us break the chains, every one.
—Raixan Fauth
At the height of the Fauthian devastation, warlord Raixan Fauth began to set in motion the next stage of his vision for the galaxy: the freeing of the Force from the light and dark. In order to make this a reality, he initiated a purge of the New Jedi Order. After early victories gained the Fauthian horde and their bounty and Jedi hunter cohorts access to the Order's records of other and allied Force traditions, the purge expanded drastically to encompass the likes of the Jensaarai, the Nightsisters, and even the Sith.
By 1140 ABY the worst damage had been done, and no active Force traditions had a substantial prescence in the galaxy, though some remained in scattered fragments.
Hope would be restored with the awakening of Calen Solayr to his Force-sensitivity; he and his allies would begin to hunt down what Force users remained in the hope of training him and restoring them.
