Neimodia was a planet near the Core of the galaxy and home to the Neimodians. It became the hub of the Trade Federation after it was established in the Old Republic. It was the site of the Battle of Neimodia, where forces of the Disciples of Bane attempted to cripple the Trade Federation in battle.
