A descendant of the Keto family on the planet of Empress Teta, Neba Keto was the head of the Jen Sith Order prior to the start of the War of Worlds in 53 ABY. He may have been an apprentice and a close relative of the infamous Sebban Keto who restored the notorious Sith-cult known as "Krath", sometime between the start of the Mandalorian Civil War (60 BBY) and the Clone Wars (22 BBY–19 BBY).
