Nandi Minnau was a female Human who worked as a waitress in Varykino resort, Naboo's Lake Country, during the years leading up to the Clone Wars. She was the older sister of Teckla Minnau, and the mother of Jeremy Addu, as well as the wife of Paddy Accu.
During the Clone Wars, Nandi and Paddy got married in Lake County and gave birth to a son named Jeremy Accu. Together, they serve as secret individuals to the Galactic Republic.
In 20 BBY, Nandi was present in the resort when the Separatists invaded Naboo the second time. She was able to hide her son with several people until she was captured and executed, along with her husband under the command of Evan-Ott.
