N'tulk-ala'ak-'sk'l'uud was a male Xi Charrian in the employ of the Breld Syndicate. By 1,384 BBY, he was foreman of a crew of roughly a dozen Xi Charrians maintaining and improving systems and technology for the Syndicate. As head of the crew, he relied upon ELV-27 to translate orders from (and complaints to) Satal Boht, his supervisor, but personally took responsibility for ensuring his crew had sufficient work to do, in honor of their Xi Char faith.
When Jedi Knight Kenza Rowkwani captured the Breld Syndicate plant on Tenara, N'tulk-ala'ak-'sk'l'uud and his crew were despondent over losing all work. Rather than ship them off to Coruscant with the other Syndicate staff as prisoners of war, Kenza instead hired them as a maintenance crew for Mali Darakhan's Coronet's Jewel, to N'tulk-ala'ak-'sk'l'uud's satisfaction and Darakhan's dismay.
