The native language of the N'Akkiarla is called "N'Akkiarlian", although this language seems completely alien to most humans, the N'Akkiarlian language has influenced human linguistics more than most realise, aside from the fact that ancient humans from Earth, the ancestors of the Ingzan people, spoke the language, in worship of their N'Akkiarlian masters, their "Gods", N'Akkiarlian linguistic rules influenced human languages and linguistic characteristics, e.g. word order and naming conventions. N'Akkiarlian is a co-ancestor of the Ingzan language, along with Ancient Zeregan. Modern N'Akkiarlian is at least 10,000 years old, but Ancient N'Akkiarlian predates Modern N'Akkiarlian by about 40,000 years, Ancient N'Akkiarlian was influenced by Eokian, the language of the former masters of the N'Akkiarla.
—The Encyclopaedia of Members of the Galaxy (100th Edition) by Brena Jerla, c. 7,000
N'Akkiarlian was the traditional language of the N'Akkiarla and the N'Akkiarlian Dragon, it was also spoken by the N'Akkalath, although they had their own language. It was an unusual language and virtually resistant to translation, however scholars managed to decipher some words after studying the language for many years. It is not known how old the language is but it's estimated the Ancient N'Akkiarlian form is at least 50,000 years old.
As the N'Akkiarlian Dragons were the first to evolve sentience, and later, sapience, it was believed that it was their language and they taught it to the other N'Akkiarlian species. Before 50,000 BBY a pidgin form (by Ancient N'Akkiarlian standards) of the language was spoken, this pidgin form was the ancestor of "Ancient N'Akkiarlian" and was known as "Dragon-Talk", probably because the N'Akkiarlian Dragons were believed to be the first to speak it.
N'Akkiarlian was influenced by Eokian, the language of the Eoki, which around 50,000 BBY were the masters of the N'Akkiara. N'Akkiarlian was also one of the ancestors of the Ingzan language, along with Ancient Zeregan, in 40,000 BBY the N'Akkiarla felt that Earth, at that time a member of the First N'Akkiarlian Star Empire, was in danger and therefore moved a sizeable amount of the population to a new planet in their own galaxy, called Ingza Prime, the ancient Earthlings were tought N'Akkiarlian and procreated with their N'Akkiarlian masters, resulting in the resulting Ingza being hybrids of N'Akkiarlian and Earthling blood, when the Ingza were placed on Ingza Prime they largely reverted back to Ancient Zeregan, although they used some words of N'Akkiarlian origin, this eventually became Ingzan, some Ingzan words of N'Akkiarlian origin included "Zsé", "Drácon" and "Rísya", which meant "The", "Dragon" and "Rise/Rising", respectively, the N'Akkiarlian words for these being "Dze", "Drako" and "Rizya".
When the N'Akkiarlians conquered the galaxy they forced their servants, like the Ingza people and the U'k'r'zedolgeiekoo, to learn their language, which is how N'Akkiarlian became the de facto language of the entire N'Akkiarl Galaxy. However some refused to speak the language so Ingzan and U'k'r'zedolgeiekoon didnt go extinct and after the N'Akkiarlians became more lenient on their servant races the native languages of their colonies became more widely-spoken than during the days when the N'Akkiarlians ruled their colonies and servants with a fist of iron.

Pronouns[]
Pronouns were usually one letter followed by an apostrophe in front of the following word (e.g. u'troxa – fight us (LIT:us fight) u' was the pronoun and troxa was the verb).
Verbs[]
Verbs usually followed the pronoun and were, like nouns, completely different from Basic verbs. An example of a verb was Trox – To Fight, in conjunction with the pronoun a letter was added to the end of the verb to denote who was doing the action (e.g. u'troxa - "Fight us" - the "a" at the end of trox denoted that "us" was being fought). "Fight us" and "We fight" were very similar and were easily confused: "Fight us" was u'troxa whilst "We Fight" was u'troxum. Trox was one of the verbs in which the ending letter could change what was meant (u'troxa means "Fight Us", change the ending of Troxa to um and it becomes "We Fight" (LIT:"us fight we"), if a number was to be added then the verb would be said and then add the number e.g. "We fight 100 of them" was "u'troxota 100" (LIT: us fight they (3 or more) 100", "We fight two of them" was "u'troxoa 2" (LIT: us fight they (under 3) 2).
List of verb endings:
- a – us
- na – us (3 or more)
- o – I (male)/he
- u – I (female)/she
- ota – they (3 or more)
- oa – they (under 3)
- um – we (this is also a plural pronoun)
- i – it
Plurals and plural pronouns[]
To make a noun an plural, an "a" was added to the end of the noun (e.g. Strugnar – Gun became Strugnara – Guns). Plural pronouns were the same as they were in verb endings (e.g. Um – We)
Numbers[]
Numbers in N'Akkiarlian were actually quite simple, for example "11" was just "10 and 1", so 10 was "Trensa" and 1 was "Innigi" 11 was "Trensainnigi", 22 was "2" and "10" and "2", so it was "Yoxgotrensayoxgo" and so on, 100 was "10" and "10" which was "Trensatrensa", 150 was 100 (i.e. 10 and 10) and 50, which was "Trensatrensavrikertrensa", 156 was just 150 with 6 added onto the end of it, 156 was "Trensatrensavrikertrensasegaridon". 1000 and 1,000,000 were abit different, 1000 was "Innigitosand" and 1,000,000 was "Innigimilyon"
