The Mustafar Jedi Academy was an academy located on the planet of Mustafar. It was constructed by the Jedi to safeguard the Mustafar system.
By the time of the Reaver War, it was headed by Jedi Master Dhaman Dobo. He and the rest of the Academy were killed by the Reavers during the Battle of Mustafar.
