Before the start of the Clone Wars, Mok was part of the Geonosis strike team sent to Geonosis to rescue Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Padmé Amidala from the Confederacy of Independent Systems and their droid army. He was wounded from a Droideka's blaster fire, but not killed, and was able to survive the battle. After learning that his former apprentice, Sora Bulq turned to the dark side, Mok grieved for his lost, and didn't afford another padawan. He eventually became a Jedi General in the Grand Army of the Republic and fought in several battles.
Two years later, Mok was one of the Jedi to join the front when the Confederacy of Independent Systems invaded Naboo for the second time. He fought alongside Master Anoush Rahn with many clones and Gungans at the Great Grass Plains. As the Gungan and clone army made their retreat, Mok and Anoush confronted former Jedi Tol Skorr. Together, they fought against Skorr, but Anoush was killed before she could engage him. Mok used the force to grab her lightsaber fought him himself. Just as the battle droids were closing in, Mok didn't give up this fight, but Tol immeidately disarmed both his lightsabers, and kills him.
His funeral was held along with many bodies that have perished in the deadly battle.
