He was the only man, I ever really respected and admired, more than any Fett clone, more than Boba or Jango Fett, more than anyone I ever knew. He was, like my role model, and, a father.

Mij Gilamar was one of 75 Mandalorian warriors selected by Jango Fett to help train elite clones on Kamino, as part of the 100 members of the Cuy'val Dar. He wore tan-and-gray armor, and was greatly admired by the clones, especially to Spar.

Spar highly respected Mij and was quite fond of him, so much as he disobeyed Jango Fett's direct orders during several ARC-training regimen sessions, just to see Mij. Jango soon realized that, like the Null-ARC's, Spar was to unstable and insubordinate to be used in combat, totally independent and free from orders, in so much that he decided that Spar must be accompanied by a mentor at all times. Jango appointed Mij to mentor Spar, seeing as it was apparent that Mij was the only one Spar would respected and would obey.

Mij was a doctor before he joined the Mandalorians.

In 24 BBY, when Spar attempted to escape from Kamino, Mij helped him escape.

The Spar Crusader Miji-Spar Gilamar is named after Mij, by Spar, in honor of Mij, his old mentor and role model that he looked up in his earlier days on Kamino.
