Bridge: “We just gave birth to a boy, well, not us, but a lady on the ship.”
Unidentified Commander: “Well, be careful. Trade Federation are heading your way and you got a baby boy so, it's you duty to—”

Unlike other babies, Matthew wasn't raised where he was born, as he was born in a ship in space. His birthplace, Avenger, was repaired after it crashed and flew back up into space, with no critically-damaged soldiers. However, Matthew and his mother got off on the planet Rhen Var.
