Mai Vestara was a female Human Sith Infiltrator in the Sith Empire Reborn around 60 ABY, and a friend of Ty Sadow. She was from the world of Chandrila, and was born to a noble family who despised her for being a Force-sensitive, and she was shipped off to the Sith Academy on the world of Korriban, where she met up with Ty Sadow, another girl and the heir of Naga Sadow. Ty needed help freeing Naga from his tomb on Korriban, and Mai agreed to help and the two became friends. They then joined the Sith Empire and were Sith Infiltrators as a cover up to their real mission.
Later, she and Ty were sent to the world of Negui to organize a coup to take the planetary capitol, giving the Empire control of the world and getting them a powerful artifact to use against the New Galactic Empire in the war. The coup failed since both Mai and Ty abandoned their post by hijacking an Imperial Special Forces gunship and left to Yavin to free Naga Sadow.
Mai was killed on the world of Utapau by Colonel John Heron when she led an assault on the Imperial Storage Facility.
