Mai Eddicus (née Basramlas) was a female medic from Taanab. In late 729 BBY, she married her long-time friend Anwis Eddicus, who had retired from his military career. One year later, in 728 BBY, Eddicus bore a daughter, named Alta. Mai Eddicus continued to work as a medic in a Taanab hospital until 711 BBY. She suddenly became ill from an unknown disease and passed away only mere days later, with her family by her side.
