This is M94-RA-7. He is one of a kind. He will not take no for an answer.
Viceroy Aneem on the talents of M94-RA-7

M94-RA-7 was an RA-7 protocol droid meant for Viceroy Aneem.

Biography[]

Service[]

Aneem had created his droid in 23 BBY to help with his support as viceroy. M94-RA7 became more recognized when he helped join the Confederacy of Independent Systems (Exiled). After joining, M94-RA-7 had arranged for more RA-7 droids to replace the battle droids.

Betrayed[]

In 43 ABY, his master had control of the CISE since the old leader Nute Gunray retired. Fellow bodyguard Danny killed all the leaders except for M94-RA-7, Aneem, and fellow Neimoidians Auhkem Haako and Nemo Gunnay. He still served his master in other political missions.

Destruction[]

In 44 ABY, the Separatists went on a mission to head back to Neimodia. They went in four vehicles. The leading vehicle was a landspeeder rushing through the cities that featured a Duros driver, Nute Gunray, Aneem, and Gunray's aide Rune Haako. The second vehicle was a cargo speeder carrying Po Nudo and a garrison of Neimoidians. The third transport was a Naboo Speeder driven by M94-RA-7 and featured an Unidentified Neimoidian Lieutenant and a Unidentified Dug Gunner. The final transport was a STAP driven by a Mon Calamari. Danny showed up and took over the cargo speeder and destroyed the STAP. M-94-RA-7 and his men showed up and opened fire. However, Danny knocked them off a cliff side. The Dug Gunner tried to jump off the speeder and back onto the ledge, but failed. The Lieutenant fell out of the speeder. M94-RA-7 magnetized himself to the speeder, but the speeder went straight for a giant tower and blew up.

Aftermath[]

After the skirmish, Aneem sent two Mon Calamari to check where his droid had crashed. They found only his head. Aneem kept it as a trophy.

Rebirth[]

In 45 ABY, M94-RA-7 was rebuilt by Nemo Gunnay. He was given a new body and promoted to secretary of the reformed CISE. Sadly, he was told that Aneem passed away after reforming the CISE and attended his funeral. He went on to serve Nemo Gunnay and kept holographic recordings of his old master and friend.

Behind the scenes[]

M94-RA7 is short for Yodakenobi's birthday in March 1994.

In Star Wars Episode V: Turning the Tables, M94-RA7's head can be found in the droid factory on Bespin.
