Helping those in need

Luam Yar Rekrap was the fifth member to join the Confederacy of Independent Systems (Exiled) when the treaty was recruiting new leaders. He was anxious to leave Palpatine's grip.

Death

In 43 ABY was still part of the CISE. However he and the other council members were killed by Danny. Luam Yar Rekrap was the second member to die, leaving Ruhp Sajd to be the third.
