Star Wars Fanon
Rise of the Empire era

The power on these Outer Rim planets can be so unstable. Here on Point Nadir however the power is their lifeblood, so it's well maintained. Leave the power on and the bill just gets larger and larger, and trust me, I have the credits to spare.
—Li-Sun Jinn as he interrogated Marco Trepoya.[src]

Li-Sun Jinn was a clone of Qui-Gon Jinn and a soldier in the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars. He was the owner of the Hell's Anvil after it was given to him by Dooku before his death in 19 BBY.

Biography[]

Li-Sun Jinn was created from Qui-Gon Jinn's Padawan braid at the behest of Darth Sidious to see if a clone of a Jedi would be Force sensitive. After a battery of tests by the Sith Lord, it was determined that the clone was not force sensitive. Count Dooku asked to keep the clone because he could be of use to the new Sith Lord. Dooku then used his new knowledge of Sith Alchemy to slow the clone's accelerated aging. Dooku then trained Li-Sun not as an apprentice but almost as a son. Dooku spared no expense at training Jinn, and even hired Jango Fett to train Jinn in many forms of combat.
