Lexi Briro An'yettu, also known as Quickie, was a female human raised on Rodia by the An'yettu Clan. A Jedi Academy dropout, she worked as a bounty hunter.
Biography[]
Lexi An'yettu's unknown mother and father frequently traveled the galaxy, even while her mother was pregnant. While vacationing on Rodia, her parents were caught in the crossfire of feuding clans shortly after Lexi was born. Taking pity on the newly-orphaned infant, the members of the more peaceful An'yettu Clan took Lexi in and raised her as their own. Lexi grew up with a Rodian family on the An'yettu Islands and was raised as a Rodian, despite obviously being human. Due to that, Lexi was fluent in both Rodese and Basic, and was one of the few humans who could tolerate and even differentiate a Rodian's natural scent.
In her early teens, Lexi began to display a few Force talents. Her Rodian foster family saw it as an opportunity to flee Rodia and the oppression from the current Grand Protector, Navik the Red. Lexi was enrolled in the Jedi Academy where she met Puroto Blu'zz and perfected her Force Speed, earning her the nickname "Quickie." However, Lexi was dissatisfied with padawan life and wished to return to her jungle homeworld. She and Puroto dropped out and relocated to Coruscant where they ran into Greedo who had been trying to lead a low-key life since the fiasco in Mos Eisley. The three shared an apartment, Lexi and Puroto taking the occasional small bounty hunter contract and Greedo entirely focused on paying off his massive medical bills.
Around 23 ABY, Lexi and Puroto were hired by a juri juice brewery to find a highly-prized ingredient. They readily took the job, not asking questions, as they had numerous debts hanging over their heads. Lexi and Puroto enlisted a very reluctant Greedo to go with them, promising to help him pay off some of his bills. The three made the journey to the backwater desert world of Tyne's Horky where they realized just what exactly they had been hired to do. They were essentially hired to capture a young Rodian named Mikhos to sell to a brewery. Utterly appalled, the hunters had a change of heart and decided to desert their employer.
Personality and traits[]
Lexi An'yettu was a self-described "geek" with a happy-go-lucky personality. Her mannerisms struck other humans as odd, as due to being raised as a Rodian, Lexi acted like one. Rodians have remarked that Lexi carried the scent of an An'yettu Rodian. Lexi was a lean, wiry human who kept her hair cropped close and wore it in spikes. She used a DL-44 blaster in combat, along with bladed weapons. Lexi wore spectacles.
Unlike most bounty hunters, Lexi and her partner Puroto were very lax and casual. Called "The Slacker Brigade" by many, the hunters took their time completing jobs. When they did work, Lexi and Puroto proved to be rather efficient, albeit lazy. Oftentimes, Lexi was found in seedy cantinas with Puroto and Greedo, discussing "the finer points of Twi'lek courtesans" over a cold bottle of Pan-Galactic Gargleblaster.
