Lazaly Todonmas was a male Ortolan and the Senator of Orto in 19 BBY. He was the brother of Azyuur Todonmas. He did not join the Delegation of 2000. However, at the advice of his brother, he later lent support to the Alderaanian Resistance. Along with Was Jamirran, Mon Mothma, Jar Jar Binks, and Bail Organa, he convinced Xzylon to join the Resistance during a meeting on Coruscant shortly after the first Empire Day.
