Kyrieus Habilidad was one halve of the Habilidad duo and a member of the Royale Macheteros alongside his brother, Dyan. When one of his fellow Macheteros betrayed the Kashi Mer Dynasty by assassinating the Matriai (and also by wounding Kyrieus and his brother), the two left the Macheteros to become free-lance mercenaries. Despite being the less skilled of the duo, Kyrieus was known for having the stronger moral compass as well as a higher inclination to action than Dyan.
