Kreia was a blind Human female Jedi Master and a Jedi Historian prior to the outbreak of the Mandalorian Wars.

Biography[]

Expelled from the Jedi Order[]

During her life at the Jedi Temple, Kreia worked her way of becoming a Jedi Master and later became a historian. She enjoyed to train many students (including Revan and Elle Xile). Since she was blind for all these years, Kreia would meditate and penetrate the galaxy's mysteries in the force. Her fellow Jedi followed her teachings, and used the force to see what the galaxy desires in their mysteries. Her teachings, however, were looked upon with concern by the Jedi Council. The Council denounced both Kreia and her teachings when Kreia's students were believed to be failures by Jedi Master Atris and the Council, because they followed Revan into the Galactic Republic's war against the Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders.

Fall to the Dark Side[]

Kreia was eventually exiled for her teachings on Padawans. She begged the Temple to offer her a chance to fulfill her teachings of the light side, but the Members of the Temple calmly disagreed. It was revealed that the Temple found out that Kreia followed her Padawan, Revan to war. Kreia explained to the Council Members that she was for an answer that she alone could provide to the Jedi Order. Kreia fled from Coruscant and traveled to the planet Malachor V. Landing on the planet, she hears Force echoes of the Sith. Kreia felt their movements from a a nexus of dark side energies and part of the ancient Sith Empire. Eventually, she found the Trayus Academy, an ancient dark side Praxeum that contained the deepest and most intimate secrets of the Sith. Kreia slowly turned herself to the dark side. Becoming a Sith, she used the Force to read and learn the truths of the cosmos that were not intended for the sane. As long as she wants to wanted to denounce everything, she became Darth Traya, the Lord of Betrayal.
