Kosa-Yin Hadu was a male Gungan Jedi Knight who lived during the waning years of the Galactic Republic.
Biography[]
The Believers[]
On 31 BBY, Kosa suddenly fell to the dark side and became a member of the Believers. Along with his companion, he was assigned to kill the kaluthin that kept Almas habitable. His plan was a failure when they were stopped by the Heroes of Cularin. A year later, Kosa-Yin was found by his Gungan master, Kin-Ya Dosun. Kosa engaged her in a duel, but Kin-Ya was very strong and sensed good in him. When the duel continued, Kosa-Yin defeated Kin-Ya, but he was deeply upset. Kin-Ya knew that there was still good in him and gave him a small kiss. He let himself resist the dark side and return to the light.
In exile[]
Ten years later, Kosa-Yin remained as an Exile on Naboo. When the Clone Wars spread across the galaxy, Kosa-Yin lived with a Gungan Tribe in the northern fields from Theed. He felt very happy until Separatist forces invaded Naboo. The tribe was forced to defend the land and battle a number of Battle droids led by General Grievous. Kosa-Yin defended the tribe and destroyed a number of battle droids that were crossing the fields to invade Theed. This was when he encountered General Grievous. As all the Gungans gather around to watch, Kosa-yin fought the dangerous cyborg in a duel. General Grievous tried hard to defeat him, but the Gungan grabbed one of the lightsabers and stabbed the cyborg.
