Revan is one of my favorite characters in Star Wars, and I'm surprised that there is not a lot of Media about him. This is my tribute to Revan, and this is where his story begins.

Knights of the Old Republic:Road to War is an upcoming fan-novel detailing the life of Revan. The first of a three part series, Road to War will follow his life from the beginning of his Jedi training to the Mandalorian Wars' closure. Plot[]
It is four-thousand years before the rise of Emperor Palpatine. The Sith have vanished; retreating to the shadows. The Republic rebuilds its infrastructure, unaware that a new threat looms on the edges of space waiting for its moment to strike. While all this occurs, one individual is unaware of the future that is yet in store for him and the faith that he will instill on the galaxy for eons to come.

The idea of this novel was in production as early as January 10, 2010 but has only made its appearance on this site on January 28, 2010
According to the author, the story will give a little insight to Revan's past as well as some events of the war itself. Even though the story is centered around Revan, Malak is the secondary protagonist in the novel.
The story will not tell all parts of the war per sé, because of time constraints, but the most important battles which involves Revan and Malak will be mentioned.
