Kiefer was a human male general in the Stormtrooper Corps around 130 ABY. After Darth Krayt's coup, Kiefer remained in his Galactic Empire. However, when Krayt disbanded Stormtrooper Command in 130 ABY, Kiefer argued about it with a Sith Lord. The Sith executed Kiefer with his lightsaber. His death encouraged the other generals to defect to the Empire-in-exile.
