It is located in Galactic City on Courascant and is run by Kayson Olenk, a grizzled human Jedi that decided to run a buisness. It services Jedi by selling pre-made lightsabers and everyone else with blasters and ammunition. Anakin Skywalker was a frequent customer, buying pre-mined Ilum crystals and such.
