Kar’aki was a deity in the ancient Mandalorian religion. Kar'aki was a deity of hope. The Mandalorians viewed Kar’aki as a positive force of rejuvenation, embodying the light that lead Mandalorians through dark times, physically and spiritually. Kar’aki provided balance to the destruction of Kad Ha’rangir and the stagnation of Arasuum, and uncovered the deceit of Hod Ha’ran.

While Kad Ha'rangir embodied destruction and the chaotic force of change, Kar’aki represented constructive change—the rebirth that followed destruction. Kad Ha'rangir tore down what no longer served the Mandalorians, but Kar’aki helped them rebuild stronger and wiser. Together, they represented the cyclical nature of death and rebirth, with Kar’aki guiding the Mandalorians into the next era after the chaos.

While Mandalorians valued combat, Kar’aki was the patron of those who created, healed, and protected—healers, artisans, guardians, and others. Kar’aki was invoked by those who sought to rebuild their communities after destruction.
