Jordo Drax was a wealthy Lorrdian male who was co-owner of the Fondor Shipyards and secretly a member of the criminal organization SMERSH. He also had a unique way of training vornskrs to obey his every command.
Biography[]
Drax had plans to destroy the InterGalactic Banking Clan on Muunilinst and replace it with his small financial institution, eventually making him one of the wealthiest and most powerful beings in the galaxy. And he planned to blame the Banking Clan attack on the Yam'rii, accusing them of the attack being part of their Huk War.
He also planned to use the money to further fund the SMERSH criminal organization. After The Baron's drug trafficking plans were thwarted by MI5 in 42 BBY, Drax took over the funding of the organization. He spent the next four years building on those plans.
In 38 BBY, Drax hired Jaws to oversee a massive shipment of weapons he was purchasing. While Jaws was carrying out those duties, he caught the eye of MI5, which led them to Drax.
MI5 agents Jace Bont and Europa Kapanen arrived at Drax's estate on Dantooine to investigate his involvement in the shipment. After a brief meeting, the agents were escorted to the guest quarters for the night. Drax then gave orders to his servants to kill them.
Later that night, after the MI5 operatives killed his servants and attempted to make their escape, Drax's men captured them and commandeered their ship, the Sky Skimmer.
Drax was surprised to find out that Bont and Kapanen managed to escape their holding cell in his underground compound on Kalee. So he pushed up the timetable for his plans.
While aboard his space station, MI5 managed to sneak aboard and hack into the station's systems. The agents then turned the Muunraker ion cannon against the station, crippling it and ending his plans to wipe out and replace the Banking Clan. So Drax fled for the escape pods.
Shasta Moonreaper and Europa Kapanen eventually caught up with him. Shasta managed to open the airlock before Drax was in the pod, so Drax was sucked out into the vacuum of space.
