Jeyna Rendar was, briefly, a bartender in a nightclub in Coronet, as well as the eventual wife of club owner Corwin Rendar and the mother of Kit Corwin Rendar and Laili Jeyna Rendar. When she was eighteen, she applied for a job in a nightclub in downtown Coronet and was hired as a bartender. As a bartender, she was able to make acquaintances with many rich and powerful people from Corellia, though she also had awkward moments with drunk patrons who felt that she was very attractive. The club owner, Corwin Rendar, became protective of her and eventually asked on a date. They were later married and had a son named Kit Corwin Rendar. Jeyna chose the middle name Corwin in honor of her husband. Years later, she became pregnant again, this time with a girl that they decided to name Laili Jeyna Rendar. Corwin chose Laili’s middle name in honor of Jeyna as she had for him.
When Jeyna was seven months pregnant with Laili, she and Corwin were returning from a medical exam at the hospital in Coronet when they were in a five-speeder crash. One of the other drivers was Jedi Master Brarh Kefle who, along with his nine year old apprentice Ussej Padric Bac, was still in hiding from the Sith Empire. Also nearby was Stavan Jetzt, who rushed Jeyna and Corwin to the hospital where they both died of their injuries, though Laili was able to be born prematurely and saved.
