Jade Karrus was a smuggler born on Nar Shaddaa during the late years of the Clone Wars. She was neutral in the Galactic Civil war until the Battle of Yavin, which inspired her to help the Rebellion
Biography[]
Early life[]
As a child, Jade had to learn to survive on the streets of Nar Shaddaa due to her Father being murdered by a Republic Assassin, At age 10, she sold out a group of Rebels to the Empire for some food. An action which she later came to regret. At age 16, she stole a YT-2400 which she nicknamed "Blue Eagle" and began her life as a smuggler.
The Smuggler[]
As a smuggler, Jade discovered how useful the survival skills she learned as a child were. At age 20 she used one of these skills, to slow her heart rate to near zero, allowing her to slip past the Imperial Authorities. At age 25, just after the Battle of Yavin, she started taking alliance contracts.
