Jabba Desilijic Fortiure was a masculine Hutt who took Jabba Desilijic Tiure's spot on the Hutt Grand Council, but was later taken off due to dealings with the Zann Consortium. He was a member of the Desilijic kajidic crime family, the Fortiures, and was hoping to represent it before Jabba died, but due to Jiliac's will changing, his older brother, Kolluga, inherited the title of leader of the clan and the Council. He was the cousin of Jabba and his closest ally and best friend as well, they had many dealings with each other, and both signed a treaty that had the Council and the Galactic Republic become allies.

Jabba Desilijic Fortiure, named after his well-known cousin, Jabba the Hutt, was the child of Desilijic Fortiure leader Oruba Desilijic Fortiure. Jabba took total control of of the Fortiure part of the Desilijic kajidic in 516 BBY, when he had the son of Togila killed.
At an incredibly young age of 80, the up coming gangster helped his cousin establish his criminal empire on the desert world of Tatooine. Around 500 BBY, he and Jabba moved both of their criminal operations into an old B'omarr Monastery. He and Ephant Mon became friends and he introduced him to Jabba when they were young, and his cousin and Mon became life-long friends.
Clone Wars[]
In 21 BBY, the Clone Wars had started and distracted law enforcers, which gave the crime families free reign.
