Ilse Emery was a Hapan female and the Chume'da of the Hapes Consortium prior to the Fauthian devastation. Several years after the razing of Hapes and during the height of the Galactic Interregnum she was chosen by the Triumvirate Underground as a potential figurehead for a new galactic government. She would later become one of the Torchbearers that fought against Raixan Fauth and his forces, serving as the group's diplomat and political expert.
