Hutron was an arctic planet located in the Outer Rim, and the native home to the Hutronians. Since long ago, Hutron was supposedly an uncharted planet. Through numerous researches, the Alliance of Free Worlds gained information on this planet, eventually deleting every record on the planet and its species. Thus, the Dark Empire or any of the rest of the galaxy never knew of its existence.
Not long after the dawn of the Triumvirate Civil War, and after the signing of the Hutronian Allegiance Treaty, the planet was owned by the Alliance. The Hutron people were known for their intelligence in building ground military transports. For this, they helped the Alliance to build transportation such walkers, tanks and speeder bikes and even weapons.
Climate[]
The surface of the planet was filled with mild snowstorms throughout the year. But during Winter, the storms would hit hard.
Geography[]
The surface of the planet was pure snow. Part of it were rocky. Although, there were some frozen lakes and rivers, and prior to Winter, these waters would melt.
Community[]
Hutronians commonly lived in huts, but some of them managed to build bigger homes out of steel. Since the planet had a large amount of silver, the Hutronians mined these metals to be used in their industries. They used a currency called Hutrone, which was twice the value of a Credit. The Hutronians would soften silvers and mix them with paper to make the bills.
