The Holy Tribunal or simply the Tribunal was the three-member governing council of the Adeptis Uralis. Although the order was nominally led by the Exarch, the Tribunal was formed to handle the day-to-day managing of the Adeptis in his stead.
The Tribunal was a group of three powerful and wise Force-sensitives who were elected to guide the Adeptis as well as organize and coordinate strategy plans, training modules, and provide spiritual counsel to members of the Adeptis. The Tribunal was often seen as a rival or antithesis to the Order of Gargan because of their similar powers, religious position, and close proximity to the Gargan. However, while the Order of Gargan was responsible for running Gargan's Empire, the Tribunal's sole responsibility was ensuring discipline, order, and mental well-being within the Adeptis Uralis. They were housed at the fortress Broken Hill, the main headquarters of the Adeptis on the planet Bucheshan.
