Holst Kolgan was a commander of the Savi Alliance during the Cruentusian War. Formally an officer of the Necasian Military, he had defected early in the war, frustrated by the rules and discipline of the Necasian armed forces. Known for his short temper and his large stature, Holst was feared and respected by most under his command, and was very uncompromising.
