Helms was a male Rodian bounty hunter who worked with his partner Siena during the New Republic era. He was killed during a battle with Echon Tarkin in 6 ABY.[1]
History[]
Sometime before 6 ABY Helms and his partner Siena were hired to assassinate an unidentified Corellian smuggler on Corellia. They were ambushed by the smuggler's gang and were forced to retreat.[1]
In 6 ABY they were hired by a Mandalorian nicknamed "Theta" for a million credits to kidnap Aurea Hali, a Miraluka, living in Narlens, a citadel on the planet Cerea. They attacked the homestead at night and were attacked by the parents. During the struggle, Helms' rifle went off and killed Arwen Hali. He then killed Tarash Hali while Aurea escaped. Helms chased after Aurea, but was burned by steam during the pursuit. Siena captured her, but before they could return to their ship, Echon Tarkin, an Imperial officer, intervened and held Siena hostage. Helms threatened to kill Aurea which resulted in Echon freeing Siena and getting shot. Echon tricked them by feigning death using a personal energy shield and attacked Helms. The two struggled and fell over the railing. Helms swung his way onto the catwalk below them and continued the battle. Echon gained the upper hand but Siena intervened. Helms beat the defenseless man before walking away. He was then struck by a surprise blaster bolt from Echon ans fell over the railing to his death.[1]
Personality and traits[]
Helms suffered from acrophobia, a fear of heights. He also had a short temper and was willing to take his aggression out on anyone, including a child.[1]
