Gupta Kwadwo was a male Rodian. His older brother, Mujo, had a moderate developmental disability which was largely misunderstood by the people of their small village as the product of poor parenting. Gupta acted as a guardian and mentor to Mujo, protecting him from the insensitivities of the villagers and helping him overcome his disorder.
