Gunnar Flak was a Human male who worked for MI5. Specifically, he was one of the technicians in Q'u Branch, the department of MI5 that produced state-of-the-art technology and gadgets.
Biography[]
Gunnar was part of the team that was involved in the first attempt at reprogramming the replica droid Digika in 41 BBY. When the project went horribly wrong and Digika went berserk, Gunnar was almost killed when the replica droid grabbed him by the throat and threw him across the room. Q'u managed to shut down the droid before Gunnar or any of the other techs were seriously hurt.
Nine years later, prior to the Invasion of Naboo, the criminal organization SMERSH infiltrated and took over MI5 Headquarters. Gunnar was killed in a confrontation with SMERSH operatives in Q'u Branch.
