The Great Western Forest was a vast area of forested land located within the Tal'adin Republic on the Sa'ari homeworld of T'lessia, west of Tal'adin City. The area was extensively populated with gargantuan tuskwood trees, and had been settled by several small tribes of Sa'ari who eschewed most technological advancements in favor of maintaining a connection to the natural world through "the Blue."
Three months after their arrival on T'lessia, Laera Reyolé and Silas Dan'kre were forced to flee the Order of the Blue Light's Tal'adin monastery. Choosing to settle within the Great Western Forest, they carved a home for themselves out of a particularly robust tuskwood.
