The Great Military and Armed Clone Forces, better known as the Great Clone Forces, or simply called the Clone Forces, was the successor to the Grand Army of the Republic founded by Exhart Wyan Martineus in 50 ABY and officiated by the Galactic Republic two years later. Now led by a group of master cloners and expert biologists compiled as the Cloning Department, the Clone Forces was fully put to use during the devastative galactic conflict known as the Second Clone Wars.
Due to its literally massive size, the Clone Forces, originally meant as a military force, was divided into two main branches: an army for the Republic and a police force to enforce the law during the absence of the Jedi Order. The clone army, composed of clone troopers who were bred on the remote planet of Kylone, later served under the command of Jedi Generals in the battlefield. The entire force was stationed on Arcoha during the war.

Formation[]
In order to counter the increasing threats of Republic haters, Exhart insisted the Senate to create a brand new military force in 52 ABY. As an expert cloner, and a person who was very interested in the old Grand Army, Exhart suggested for it to be consisted of only clones, so that it wouldn't risk Republicans to become soldiers. However, the Senate refused to accept the suggestion; the clones could be controlled by any Sith lord just like the one revealed a long time ago. After a long debate, the Supreme Chancellor began to be amazed by Exhart's spirit, therefore, he finally gave the permission to him in creating the clone army known today as the Great Clone Forces. He also gave the permission to Exhart to choose a new planet under the Republic to be used as the cloning facility; and so Exhart chose a beautiful planet he named Kylone - after the word "clone". As an addition, he also promised to build a police force in the clone army so that crime would be reduced in the absence of the Jedi, during war time. This was because the Jedi were made Generals in the army, much like the old army.
Initial order[]
Just after the announcement of the creation of a brand new clone army, Exhart Martineus was called to the Supreme Chancellor's suite. They discussed on the total number of planned products. The Chancellor, eager for a secure defensive military force, requested an initial order of exactly five trillion clones. Exhart pointed out that the Clone Dep didn't have enough budget for making that number of products. Moments of thinking, the Supreme Chancellor promised to sponsor for the construction of the facilities, the cloning machines, and the purchasement of an initial number of ten billion growth jars to develop the clone embryos, and the chemicals needed for the clones' alterations. As the war proceeds, the Chancellor would continue to pay for the Dep's needs in cloning the army.
