Gohsh was a male Vagaari and the last Supreme Commander of the Vagaari Empire.

Born on one of the numerous worlds conquered by the Vagaari, Gohsh was the son of influential government administrators. Rather than pursue work in the civilian slave administration, Gohsh elected to serve in the Vagaari military, and his parents' connections secured him an officer's commission. He consistently outperformed his colleagues in war games and simulations, and earned command of his own ship at a young age.

As Gohsh grew older and gained more experience, he acquired more ships and personnel under his command. Succeeding in conquering several undeveloped worlds for the Empire, Gohsh rose to the rank of Supreme Commander in 139 ABY. He was among the Vagaari officers who advised Miskara Cravsh to attack the Chiss Ascendancy in light of the Ascendancy's apparent abandonment of worlds previously under its protection. In 141 ABY, the Empire did just that, sacking Tenupe.

Gohsh and his commanders quickly discovered that the Vagaari were facing not the Chiss, but the Golden Empire, which had conquered the Ascendancy. Gohsh advised a defensive buildup against this unexpected threat, arguing that any force which could defeat the Ascendancy would be trouble for the Vagaari. Cravsh countered that the difficulty inherent in defeating the Chiss would have left the Golden Empire drained as well and ordered his forces to press their attack.

Over the following two years, Gohsh fought against the Empire. He masterminded the strategy of launching strikes against numerous targets in enemy territory, forcing Tariun Sakaros to divide the Royal Navy to cover all possible venues of attack. This initially allowed the Vagaari to gain some traction in Royal territory, but the calculated tactics of Salome Hrek and the daring and inventiveness of Tarse Medrego used the Vagaari "divide and distract" strategy against the Vagaari themselves. With his forces split, Gohsh did not have enough ships in any one place to repel the Empire, and in fact lost several systems to both Hrek and Medrego, as well as insurrection campaigns spearheaded by Aria Nikina.

When Sorrik defeated the Ssi-ruuvi Incursion and returned hundreds of capital ships to Tariun's command, the war turned against the Vagaari in earnest. Gohsh and his fleet were constantly on the retreat, losing worlds every week. An increasingly desperate Cravsh sent Gohsh to defend the Vagaari homeworld of Vagar Praxut, despite its tactical irrelevance to any long-term survival plan. At the Battle of Vagar Praxut, Gohsh squared off against Tariun Sakaros again. It became obvious that victory was impossible, and Gohsh attempted to surrender. But the Sith Lord had no intention of taking prisoners, and even as Gohsh ordered a general evacuation of his flagship, the Royal Navy blew it up.
