Galen Marek was the apprentice of Darth Vader, who had raised him since he was a boy. Galen was forced to do missions that involved killing spies and minor threats. Eventually, Galen was sent on missions to kill any Jedi that lived after Order 66. Galen completed all of his missions and killed Vader, seeing him as an obstacle that gets in his way to becoming a Sith Master. Galen then worked under Sidious, becoming Darth Starkiller.

Early life[]
Galen was the son of two Jedi, who were killed during the Great Jedi Purge. Galen watched his father die at the hands of Vader, who sensed a large amount of Force inside Galen. Vader decided to take Galen as his student, teaching him the ways of the Sith. Galen trained with Vader, often losing and receiving burn marks. But through time, Galen managed to start winning and was soon given a proper lightsaber rather than a training one.
