The Galactic Alliance Army or Galactic Alliance Ground Forces was the land component of the military of the Galactic Alliance. Personnel wise, it was the largest branch of the Alliance military. However, it was found that most troops received poor training, as of 46 ABY. By 137 ABY, the Army was dissolved.
