For superior balance, use the Niman form. This form has no specific strengths, but no weaknesses either.

Form VI: Niman was the sixth form of the seven forms of lightsaber combat.
Description[]
The Way of the Rancor or The Moderation Form, Form VI was the standard style at and around the time period of the Clone Wars and the Great Jedi Purge. This combat discipline was often called the "Diplomat's Form." Unfortunately, all of the Form VI practitioners at the Battle of Geonosis were killed. As a result, full masters of other lightsaber forms sometimes considered Form VI to be insufficiently demanding.
Form VI, like all the previous forms, was developed as an answer to the weakness of previous forms. But unlike the previous forms, Form VI was developed as an answer to all the other forms. Many lightsaber duelists and stylists in the various forms found that while their respective styles had great strengths, they also had huge weaknesses. So they set out to develop a form that had none. Besides the practical applications, Form VI was also developed as an answer to the controversy of Form V: Djem So.
Their work led to the creation of Form VI, which they named Niman, a form with no specializations and thusly no weaknesses. Form VI attempted to balance all elements of lightsaber combat, combining the techniques from Forms that came before into a less intensely demanding combat style. The result was that the users' skill in each individual area of lightsaber combat was relatively moderate—they did not excel in any one area. Due to its "jack-of-all-trades" nature, the success of this form is largely dependent on the practitioner's intuition, improvisation, and creativity in combat rather than the rote responses derived from other forms. This broad generalization made Form VI well suited for diplomats, as they could spend their time training in the areas of politics and negotiation instead of combat training.
However, while competency in the style was easily attained, true mastery took decades to achieve, as the moderation in all areas led to a steep learning curve. Jedi Master Cin Drallig, himself a Niman practitioner, stated that it would take even a gifted duelist at least ten years to master Niman. Detractors of the style considered Niman insufficiently demanding, and some said the balance was inefficient, as the practitioners had no strengths to draw on. The latter spearheaded the development of Form VII: Juyo/ Vaapad.

Strength/ Weakness Ratings[]
Form VI is a form focused on moderation with a jack-of-all-trades mindset, so it has moderate training in everything. This provides the practitioner with competence in everything, and he has no weaknesses, but no strengths to capitalize on either.
