The Force for the Restoration of Separatist Earth (FRSE, commonly pronounced as Eff-ar-ess-ee, or as Fur-see) was a pro-Separatist rebel force of the planet Earth, FRSE was founded after the Confederate States of Earth was defeated in the Third Battle of Earth. FRSE was fervently pro-Separatist and anti-Empire, FRSE also led the First Earth Rebellion against the Empire.

FRSE was formed in 18 BBY, not long after the Third Battle of Earth, FRSE was founded by disgruntled former CSA General Samuel Tanner who wanted the Galactic Empire to leave Earth and for Earth to recreate the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Knowing FRSE couldn't face the Empire on the battlefield, FRSE began by conducting guerrilla warfare against the Imperial Army, using ambush tactics, and forcing the Stormtroopers to follow them on foot through places vehicles were unable to follow, such as narrow ravines, FRSE caused heavy casualties on the Imperial troopers, FRSE also took part in sabotage, knocking out the Imperial Army's vehicles such as AT-TEs. Over time FRSE gained strength, and using old droids, Separatist vehicles and captured Republic/Imperial vehicles, took the fight to the Empire, defeating them in several battles and threatening to throw them off the world.
In 17 BBY FRSE won their first great victory against the Imperial forces with the liberation of Dooku's Town in the Sothland Republic during the Battle of Dooku's Town, although the town didn't have much military significance to the Imperials FRSE still considered the battle a major victory, for it liberated a town named in honour of one of Confederate Earth's greatest heroes.
FRSE's campaign came to an end in 15 BBY, when Elizabeth Zarkan, Empress of the Imperial Kingdom of Zarkania, an ultranationalist puppet state of the Empire that succeeded the Confederate States, made a deal with Samuel Tanner. She wanted him to help her in her campaign to restore the West's greatness, and in her crusade against Willian Crest's Earth Empire, a rival Imperial puppet state that was located to the east of the IKZ.
