Darth Kahn previously know as Varis Kahn when he was a Jedi, was a Sith lord in Darth Revan's Sith Empire. He formed a secret group that planned to overthrow the Sith Empire and soon after came to rule his own Sith Empire.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Born on Coruscant Kahn was taken to the Jedi temple to be trained at a young age like most other Jedi. Apart from this not much is known about his early life.
Jedi Training[]
Like his early life, not much of Kahn's Jedi training is known and neither is and who he trained under.
Becoming a Revanchist[]
Kahn was one of the first to join Revan's crusade against the Mandalorians. He followed Revan into Mandalorian territory against the Jedi councils wishes and fought alongside him on many occasions.
Taking an apprentice[]
During his time as a Revanchist Kahn took his friend Andrew Fortis as his apprentice.
Becoming a Sith[]
Soon after the Mandalorian Wars Kahn was among the Jedi that followed Revan into the Unknown Regions, he was one of many to succumb to Sith teachings that were being spread through the ranks of Revan's forces. Soon Kahn was taken under the wing of a Sith Lord known as Darth Kyras and taken to be taught the ways of the Sith. Kahn managed to succeed in his Sith training and became Darth Kahn. He slew his Master straight after having named a Darth.
The Jedi Civil War[]
During the Jedi Civil War Kahn was given his own fleet to command by Revan. During this time Kahn spent a lot of time gathering Sith and Jedi artifacts, during his campaign for them he invaded Tython in order to secure Jedi artifacts. Despite loosing the battle he and his forces managed to escape with some artifacts and relics which were taken back for study on Korriban. After Darth Malak betrayed Revan, kahn had little choice but to obey Malak. But during the battle of the Star forge Kahn and his fleet managed to slip away into the Unknown regions.
The Cold War[]
Kahn also participated in the Cold War between the Republic and Sith Empire when it broke out. Not much is know of what he did during this time apart from the fact that he formed a secret resistance group.

During the Cold War Kahn began coming up with a plan to overthrow the Sith Empire and build his own one. Kahn had the support of those who used to be in Darth Revan's Sith Empire and rallied them to his cause in secret. Kahn didn't have a force big enough to challenge the Empire until what he stumbled upon on Tatooine.
